It all depends upon your physical and mental strength How much self-reliant you can be during those hours -Your endurance to become punctual. -Your surrounding by people or things, if surrounded by people then they must make you feel motivated if surrounded by things then they must not distract you from your work. -You need to have a feeling of contentment during those working hours.
