  When someone hurts then being the best in what you do should not be the ultimate goal. It can make you lose many things to experience. A breakup with the wrong person is good for mental health. A breakup with the wrong friends is good for mental health. When breakup hurts, when you are hurt, when you are bullied and coerced you feel the pain inside the nerves and make this motivation a dose to work harder. If it is hurt then take it as a dose to become better not best. If there is a breakup then take that time as a rest and not do the best. If there is bullying then talk to elders about this. #writing   #quotes  

Embrace the changes that put you through the challenges and accept the challenges you have to go through to get the change. 

 Most of the times what happens in High School ?? BULLYING AND COERCION Do not become depressed when it is happening. Seek for help. Talk to someone. In your teenage years you are fearful with the opinions of your parents on bullying and coercion that's why you are not telling them what you are going through. I would say- JUST TELL THEM They are your well-wishers. They will not take away your freedom from you. They loved you and would love you. Telling parents that you are crying at school/ college/office is better than hiding Rudrika Parashar
