Mindfulness in present moment is necessary to live the each day fullest. Once overthinking about things start we start to gain the loss in many areas and our life also. Each day is the new start. We self - Sabotage our self and ruin our lives. The sense of unworthiness and unwillingness to live a joyous life , that feeling of incompetence and the "lost" phase in our lives begin here.
