When Being Strong Is An Option Left

You never know how strong you are until being strong is an only option you have. Be it mentally, physically or emotionally. Sometimes we are left with the situations which don't need any action. They just test our strongness.

Sometimes people we think we are to end up with , leave us in a dishearted manner. There is a good thing in the bad phases and moments , it is that they don't last for long period.

Emotional health is when we have to cope up and manage our emotions which enhances our relationships.

Mental health is when we have to think clearly and have to make right decisions. It is our ability to cope up with stress and manage emotions.

Sometimes you are left with a very unclear vision. You blame yourself for it. Whenever life puts you down,stand up more fiercely and strongly.

Be strong in those KENSHO moments. You are guided by your life to be on a good track.

They would keep happening in your life until you are on a good path.

Change yourself unless becoming the changed you is the only option left .Go to the SATORI stage
