Dr. Sri Kumar Rao told Vishen a poem of Rumi when Vishen was going through a bad phase.

When I run after what I think i want

My days are a funrace of distress and anxiety

If I sit in my own place of patience,

What I need flows to me, and without any pain.

From this I understood what I want also wants me.

There is great secret in it for anyone who can grasp it.

Kensho vs Satori

In our life when we are living our soul guides us to the right direction and we choose not to listen. This is called a Kensho moment.

- When your health breaks down and you are in the hospital but you emerge from that knowing how to care for your body.

- Your business get bankrupt or you go in stress but you emerge from that knowing what not to do.

This is the one way soul speaks to you.

Another way is Satori or insight. When you sit in that place of patience, listen within and immerse yourself in the personal growth, in self-study, in Rumination,in Introspection, in Meditation.,

Kensho is change.

Satori is change through insight, in a gentle beautiful way.

Kensho is change through pain..

Being vs Doing

What soul wants?

TRANSFORMATION

Soul wants to continuously evolve and transform.

UNITY - THE SOULS ARE NOT HERE TO GROW SELFISHLEY BUT THEY WANT TO COLLABORATE WITH OTHER SOULS AND GROW.

ENVISIONING - NOT JUST DOING OR COPYING BUT BEING. MERGING THE SINCERE AN OBIDEINT PART OF YOURS TO THE BADASS PART WHICH WANTS TO RATTLE THE WORLD.

You can transform yourself by doing nuance changes.

I wrote down my own notes after watching the masterclass from mindvalley.

This downplaying of reaction is a surprise for the reader and generally has the effect of showing irony.  example : Joe got his dream job, that's not too bad.                  I heard she has cancer, but it's not a big deal.                 That condemned house just needs a coat of pai

Invention of School

Who invented school? Horace Mann  invented school and what is today the United States' modern school system. He is an American educational reformer, Slavery abolitionist and a Whig politician. He is known for his commitment of promoting public education. No one did more than he to establish in the minds of the American people the conception that education should be universal, non-sectarian, free, and that its aims should be social efficiency,  civic virtue , and character, rather than mere learning or the advancement of sectarian ends In 1838, he founded and edited  The Common School Journal . In this journal, Mann targeted the public school and its problems. His six main principles were: 1 the public should no longer remain ignorant; 2 that such education should be paid for, controlled, and sustained by an interested public; 3 that this education will be best provided in schools that embrace children from a variety of backgrounds; 4 that this education must be  non-sectarian ; 5 t

However, it is unfortunate that the poor of the country are not free from fear, even decades after the independence. Their actions, work, etc. are still under pressure, they are under the mercy of the bureaucratic system. If the downtrodden farmers could be released from fear the rest everything would be fixed.
