Napoleon Hill idea of writing the book - Think And Grow Rich

 Everything starts in our minds. We give thoughts space to process them in an influential way. In order to gain our self we sometimes need to distance our self from people.


Andrew Carnegie at that time used to be the richest person in US. Napoleon was told to take his interview. He was very nervous at the beginning but when the interview started they stretched it to 3 days because it was going fun. After discussing his problems with Andrew Carnegie, Napoleon hill got the task to interview all the richest people around the world for the next 20 years. He did it vigorously.
That's where he wrote the book THINK AND GROW RICH
Napoleon Hill took interview of almost 25000+ people where he concluded that-
Most of the people in their lives fail due to lack of decision making capability. Being unable to take decisions they get trapped in the never ending cycle of procrastination. 
They get hunted by unclear mindset of themselves and that's why they don't act properly.

13 principles of becoming rich -


HAVING DESIRE - having a burning desire for what you want in life is the first stage of success pyramid.


FAITH - have faith in your goals. Fitted faith in your subconscious mind.


AUTO SUGGESTION - suggest yourself good things everyday.


SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE - to understand the interconnectedness and limits of a particular thing there should be specialized knowledge with you , not only general knowledge. Specialized knowledge includes a range of factual, theoretical and practical knowledge.


IMAGINATION you should have creative imagination, where ideas are created newly .
There is also Synthetic imagination where we reformulate our old ideas.


ORGANISED PLANNING - to avoid confusion and procrastination.


DECISION MAKING - take good decisions for they contribute to your lives.


PERSISTENCE - when burning desire connects to will power then comes persistence. Being persistent will get you there and being consistent will keep you there.


THE POWER OF THE MASTERMIND - spending time with like-minded people and being in an environment which contributes you . The accumulating power can be achieved through 
1. infinite intelligence - gives us the order and origin to everything in the entire universe.
2. accumulated experience - past experience and present experience gathering together and making us wiser.
3. experimentation and researching  - big group of the like minded people and doing things with them.


THE MYSTERY OF SEX TRANSMUTATION - using your sex drive to achieve success. 


THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND - be habitual of good things, be habitual of doing hard work, be habitual of producing creative ideas


THE BRAIN - brain is the broadcasting and receiving station of thoughts. Focus on cultivating your subconscious mind and your creative imagination then perform the art of auto suggestion.


THE SIXTH SENSE - use your sixth sense intuitive power to achieve infinite intelligence.

Who invented school? Horace Mann  invented school and what is today the United States' modern school system. He is an American educational reformer, Slavery abolitionist and a Whig politician. He is known for his commitment of promoting public education. No one did more than he to establish in the minds of the American people the conception that education should be universal, non-sectarian, free, and that its aims should be social efficiency,  civic virtue , and character, rather than mere learning or the advancement of sectarian ends In 1838, he founded and edited  The Common School Journal . In this journal, Mann targeted the public school and its problems. Their actions, work, etc. are still under pressure, they are under the mercy of the bureaucratic system. If the downtrodden farmers could be released from fear the rest everything would be fixed.
