Depression is taking lives away from people

Why it is necessary to come out of depression?

The main reason is - for yourself. Depression is a negative emotion which adds negativity in your environment. Sadness is caused by a day or an event which gives you something you don't want i.e. being disappointed by an unexpected outcome. Feeling of sadness is temporary and lasts for a short period of time.

Depression is losing interest in everything. Losing your potential and enthusiasm. During this period of depression we get deep and deep into our thoughts and may feel like we can never come out. At such times we often consider suicide a good option to end these feelings. Depression can be seen in a person if he or she is falsely accused or victimized for a particular thing. They start to see bad in themselves always and consider suicide a better option. Sometimes it is a lack of self-belief also.

how to come out of depression?

1.Change your habits for they change your environment : Don't fall from the level of your habits. Rise above from your level.

2. Expand your level of thinking : Think about how your every action towards world have a consequence over world, how your every action towards people have a consequence over them and how your every action towards yourself have a consequence over you.

3. Practice self-love : By giving yourself treats , by journaling your thoughts , by doing things in which you find happiness and by finding happiness in doing things for your household as it would also create a blissful feeling whenever you come home or you stay-in.

4. Start communicating with people : Communication increases your confidence around people.

Invention of School

Who invented school? Horace Mann  invented school and what is today the United States' modern school system. He is an American educational reformer, Slavery abolitionist and a Whig politician. He is known for his commitment of promoting public education. No one did more than he to establish in the minds of the American people the conception that education should be universal, non-sectarian, free, and that its aims should be social efficiency,  civic virtue , and character, rather than mere learning or the advancement of sectarian ends In 1838, he founded and edited  The Common School Journal . In this journal, Mann targeted the public school and its problems. freedom for fear is more important than legal justice for the poor

अगर दलित किसानों को डर से मुक्त किया जा सकता है तो बाकी सब कुछ ठीक हो जाएगा| freedom for fear is more important than legal justice for the poor According to Gandhi ji, freedom from fear is the first step to become self-reliant. However, it is unfortunate that the poor of the country are not free from fear, even decades after the independence. Their actions, work, etc. are still under pressure, they are under the mercy of the bureaucratic system. If the downtrodden farmers could be released from fear the rest everything would be fixed.
